Returns/Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
   - Contact me within three (3) days of delivery.
    - Ship items back within 3 days of delivery.
   - Request a cancellation before item is shipped.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
   - custom or personalized orders
   - perishable products (such as food or flowers
   - digital downloads
   - intimate/hygiene items 

***Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns.***

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, if the items is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
